Danas jedan prijedlog za ručak, brzo, kao i uvijek, a i vrlo zdravo i nekalorično!
Today, recomendation for quick and healthy lunch!
Sastojci/ ingredients:
cca 400 g pilećih prsa/ 400 g of chicken breast
cca 200 g salate, raznih vrsta/ 200 g of different kind of salad
1-2 rajčice ili desetak cherry rajčica/ 1-2 tomatos or 10 cherry tomatos
1 crvena paprika/ one pepper
Optional: mrkva i tikvica/ carrot and zucchini
sol, papar, ulje, aceto balsamico/ salt, pepper, oil, aceto balsamico
2 dl tekućeg jogurta/ 2 dl liquid yoghurt
majoneza/ mayonaise
Vrijeme pripreme i kuhanja/ time of preparation and cooking: 20 min
Operite salatu i rajčicu i stavite na tanjur kao na slici. Dodajte sol, malo aceta balsamica, ulje (maslinovo ili bučino).
Wash salat and tomato and put on a big plate like on the picture. Add some salt, aceto balsamico and oil ( olive or pumpkin seed oil).
Piletinu narežite na manje komade, posolite i pecite 5-7 minuta na gril tavi, dok ne dobije zlatnu boju. Pred kraj ubacite narezanu papriku, mrkvu i tikvice (ukoliko ih imate) i pržite 2-3 minute zajedno s mesom.
Cut up chicken into smaller peaces, add salt and bake for 5-7 minutes on grill pan, until the meat becomes golden. Add sliced pepper, carrot and zucchini ( if you have it) and bake for 2-3 minutes together with meat.
Pečeno meso i povrće stavite preko salate, probajte te po potrebi dodajte još začina. Servirajte kao na slici s dresingom od jogurta, koji ćete napraviti tako da pomiješate jogurt, malo majoneze, sol i papar.
Put roasted meat and vegetables on the plate with salad, if needed add some more oil or salt. Serve like on the picture with yoghurt dressing, that is made from yoghurt, a little bit of mayonaise, salt and pepper.

I love eating salads too. they are low on calories and can be very tasty. I try this one and sometimes put tuna fish on top rather than chicken.
