Perfect Combination

Hello!

Danas savršena kombinacija, ali za ručak - proteini i povrće! Uz to što je savršena, još je, naravno, brza i jednostavna.

Today a perfect combination, but for lunch - proteins and veggies! And, easy and quick!


Meso/ meat:
Pileća prsa / chicken breasts
sok 1-2 naranče/ juice from 1-2 oranges
1-2 žlice meda/1-2 tbs of honey
maslinovo ulje / olive oil
svježi bosiljak / fresh basil
peršin / parsley
sol, papar / salt, pepper
malo soja sosa / a little bit of soy sauce 

Meso narežite na komade veličine zalogaja, posolite i popaprite. U posudu ubacite narančin sok, med, soja sos, maslinovo ulje i začinsko bilje (naravno, eksperiment dozvoljen, ubacite što god volite), promiješajte i ubacite meso da se marinira, najbolje preko noći.


Cut the meat into bite-size pieces, put salt and pepper. In a bowl put juice from oranges, honey, soy sauce, olive oil and herbs (experiment allowed - put whatever spice you like), stir and put in the meat to marinate, preferably overnight.

Kad se odlučite ručati, nabodite komade marinirnog mesa na štapiće i pecite na grill tavi, sa svake strane nekoliko minuta. Možete baciti i na roštilj.

When you decide to have lunch, put marinated meat on sticks, and put on grill or grill pan, on each side for a few minutes. 


Prilog je gratinirana brokula, preuzeta iz kuharice Mama Zna By Suzy Josipovic  , o kojoj sam već i pisala u ovom postu.

Side dish today is Broccoli au gratin!

Sastojci/ ingredients: 
1 veća brokula (cca 1/2 kg) / one big broccoli ( cca 1/2 kilo)
slatko ili kiselo vrhnje / sweet or sour cream  
2 jaja / 2 eggs
15 dkg ribanog topivog sira/ 15 dkg of cheese that melts 
grana padano or parmigianno 
maslac/ butter 
peršin /parsley
sol, papar/salt, pepper
krušne mrvice / bread crumbs 

Zagrijte pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva. Odvojite cvjetove brokule i kratko ih prokuhajte u slanoj vodi (2-3 minute). Vatrostalnu posudu premažite putrom i pospite krušnim mrvicama te poslažite brokulu. Pospite sirom. Umutite vrhnje i jaja, posolite, popaprite i pospite preko brokule. Na kraju pospite krušne mrvice, stavite listiće putra i peršin. Ubacite u pećnicu i pecite 15-ak minuta. Dok se brokula peče, pripremite piletinu.

 
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Separate the broccoli flowers and briefly boil in salted water (2-3 minutes). Take some ovenproof dish, put some butter on and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Arrange the broccoli in it. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix sour cream and eggs, salt, pepper and sprinkle over broccoli. Finally put some bread crumbs on top, place slices of butter and parsley. Put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. While broccoli bakes in the oven, you can make chicken.

  4. Odličan recept, nedavno sam krenila u teretanu pa tražim ovakva lagana jela koja imaju proteina i mogu se konzumirati prije i nakon teretane. maslinovo ulje
