Hello!
"Odakle se čisti riba?" poznata je pjesma iz daleke 1986. godine. Što se mene tiče, baš me briga odakle, jer tu rabotu rado prepuštam profesionalcima.
Ali jednom kad dobijem finu, svježu, očišćenu ribu, radim ovo:
When it comes to eating fish, here is what I do:
Sastojci (za dvije osobe)/Ingredients (2 person):
2 brancina ili orade/ 2 sea bass fish or gilt poll
0.5 kg krumpira/ 0.5 kg potato
limun/ lemon
maslinovo ulje/ olive oil
maslac/butter
sol/salt
Dakle, narežite limun na ploške i stavite u posudu na pečenje, po dva za svaku ribu. Ribu operite, osušite ubrusom, zarežite joj trup s jedne strane nožem, dva, tri puta, nasolite izvana, ali i malo utrobu. Stavite ribu na ploške limuna, dodajte okolo posoljeni krumpir. Ja sam koristila ovaj mali mladi, tako da ga nisam gulila, već samo oprala i posolila. Zalijte maslinovim uljem, onako da ne pliva riba u ulju, već cca 5-6 žlica. Na ribu stavite malo maslaca. Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 160 stupnjeva, cca 1 sat, odnosno dok riba ne poprimi zlatastu boju.
Ovo je osnova. Ukoliko želite, pred kraj možete preko ribe preliti cca 0.5 dl bijelog vina. Također, možete ubaciti začinsko bilje preko ribe, dvadesetak minuta prije kraja. Kad ju servirate, možete ju zaliti mješavinom maslinovog ulja, češnjaka i peršina. Ja ne radim ništa od navedenoga, jer moji ukućani to ne vole...
Dakle, brzo, jednostavno, zdravo i fino.

Cut the lemon into slices and place it in a baking pan, two slices for each fish. Wash the fish, dry it with a paper towel, cut one side with a knife couple of times, put salt on the outside, and a little on the insides. Place the fish onto lemon slices, add around salted potatoes. I used this little Young ones, so I have not peeled them, just salted. Pour olive oil, not much so that fish doesn't swimm in oil, about 5-6 tbsp. At the end, put a little butter on each fish. Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius, for about 1 hour, or until the fish gets lovely golden color.
This is the basis. If you want, you can pour over the fish about 0.5 dl white wine, some 15 minutes before the fish is done. Also, you can put the herbs over the fish, about twenty minutes before the end. When you serve it, you can pour a mixture of olive oil, garlic and parsley over the fish. I do not do none of this, because my family likes it simple...

OdgovoriIzbrišiSlažem se s tobom! Ne znam čistiti ribu a moram priznati da baš ni ne vapim za time da naučim. ;) Moram priznati da nisam baš ni veliki obožavateljica ribe ali dobru i svježu oradu ili brancin, neću odbiti! Fini recept!
