Bok! Na blogu je već bio jedan receptić za ove brzinske zalogajčiće, onaj vegetaijanski (možete ga pronaći ovdje) , ali kako sam već spomenula, verzija bruschetta ima bezbroj, a ovo je jedna za njega... (vašeg muškog ljubitelja hrskave slanine ;)
Za ovu verziju potrebno je minimalno vremena, minimalno sastojaka i minimalno truda, a rezultat je odličan!
Dakle... kruh (ja sam koristila kukuruzni francuz) narezati na tanke šnite, premazati svaku s malo maslaca, prekriti s malo tanko narezane rajčice i tanko narezanom slaninom. Zapeći na 200 °C dok kruh ne bude zapečen, a slanina hrskava (oko 15 min). Vruće bruschette poprskati s malo maslinovog ulja i posipati svježim bosiljkom. I to je to! :)

For this version, you need minimum time, minimum ingredients and minimum effort, and the result is excellent!
So ... cut bread (I used corn one) into thin slices, spread each with a little butter, cover with thinly sliced tomatoes and thinly sliced bacon. Bake at 200 degrees until bread is baked and bacon is crispy (about 15 min). Sprinkle Hot bruschetta with a little olive oil and with fresh basil. And that's it! :)
