Black + White

Pozdrav svima/Hello :)

Nakon duže pauze, konačno se i ja javljam s outfit postom... Nemojte zamjeriti na ne-javljanju, no tijekom zime jednostavno ne izlazim iz svojih 'bakandži' u kojima mi je jedino toplo i koje, nažalost, nisu fotogenične. Pretpostavljam da sam najzimogroznija osoba na svijetu i u ovim hladnim mjesecima prednost dajem onom što me grije pa makar i ne izgledalo fantastično... Danas sam se ipak natjerala na izlazak iz 'bakandži' i brzinsko fotkanje na nimalo poetičnoj lokaciji - u garaži jednog shopping centra :)


After a while, here's my new outfit post... I wasn't posting outfits for a while, but, since it's winter and I'm sooo cold all the time, I wear my 'snow-shoes'...they're not so pretty or photogenic, but my feet aren't cold. As I said, I'm cold all the time so during the winter, I'm giving the advantage to all the things that make me warm, even if they're not soo fabulous... But today, I forced myself to wear something else than my 'snow-shoes' and took a few pictures at this non-poetic location - garage of one shopping mall :)

Fluffy Sweater

Hello!

Sasvim običan zimski dan, ostaci snijega, sve mokro... Kombinacija crno-bijelo i nije moj favourite (iako se modni znalci kunu da će proljeće/ljeto 2013. biti obilježeno upravo tom kombinacijom ne-boja), ali uz dodatak smeđe...To je nešto što jaaaaaako volim...

Movie Night Out (outfit post)

Hello!

Neku sam večer s mužem išla na premijeru novog Tarantinovog filma Odbjegli Django i evo što sam obukla: 

The other day I went with my husband to the premiere of the new Tarantino movie Django Unchained and this is what I was wearing:


Prsluk/fur vest: Vintage Studio Izi, jakna/jacket: Versace a/w 2001
 Inače, Vintage Studio Izi je slatka, mala novootvorena trgovina u središtu Zagreba, specijalizirana za vintage nakit, torbe, kape i šešire, te probrane odjevne predmete. Ukoliko ste u blizini, obavezno svratite! :)




Torba/bag: Trussardi vintage Ulicni Ormar,
čarape/socks: H&M



Haljina/dress: Desigual (maslinasto zelena, nije baš da se vidi), ogrlica/necklace: Vintage Ulični Ormar

A što se filma tiče, ukoliko volite Tarantina, voljet ćete i Djanga! Film je svojevrsni hommage spaghetti westernima šezdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća, filmskom žanru koji Tarantino voli! Priča smještena na Divlji Zapad netom prije građanskog rata, robovi, slobodni, lovci na glave, i neizbježnih dvadesetak litara krvi u zraku u gotovo svakom trenutku filma! Za nježnije duše nije... :) Ali, kako se čini, ja baš i nisam nježnija dušica, meni je bio fantastičan! :) 

About the movie, if you like Tarantino, you will love Django, too! The movie is a hommage to spaghetti westerns, very popular movie genre in the mid 60ies that Tarantino loves very much! The plot is set in the Wild West, just before the Civil War, slaves, freeman, head hunters and innevitable few gallons of blood in the air in amost all parts of the movie! Not for gentle souls... But, it seems that I am not particularly gentle soul, since, to me, the movie was fantastic! :)

Simplest Dessert in the Universe

Hello!

Deserti s jabukama su mi omiljeni deserti, a ovaj je najjednostavniji desert u svemiru, kojeg bi čak i moj muž, koji nikada ne kuha mogao napraviti! ;)

This is the simplest dessert in the universe, even if you've never cooked anything in your life...


Sastojci/ingredients:

4-5 velikih jabuka/big apples ( kad se pirjaju, jabuke prilično izgube na veličini)
2 žlice smeđeg šećera/ 2 table spoons of brown sugar
1 vanilin šećer/ 1 vanilla sugar
1 žličica cimeta/ 1 teespoon of cinnamon
malo ruma/ a little bit of rum
malo ulja - jedna žlica/ a little bit of oil - one tablespoon
šlag ili sladoled/ cream or ice cream
Po želji/ optional: malo grožđica, brusnica, badema ili lješnjaka
                            a little bit of raisins, cranberries, almonds or hazelnuts

Dakle, ogulite jabuke i narežite na kockice, pospite s obje vrste šećera i izmiješajte.

Peel the apples and cut them into cubes, sprinkle with sugar and mix a little bit.

  
U tavi ugrijte malko ulja i ubacite jabuke. Pirjajte uz povremeno miješanje 5-7 minuta, ovisno o tome koliko želite da jabuke budu mekane. Pred kraj dodajte cimet i rum. Možete dodati i šaku grožđica, brusnica, badema ili lješnjaka, ukoliko želite...

In the pan put a little bit of oil, heat and add apples. Simmer, with occasional stirring, for 5-7 minutes, depending on how soft you want apples to be. At the end, add cinnamon and rum. You can also add a little bit of raisins, cranberries, almonds or hazelnuts, if you like...

Za serviranje, stavite jabuke u posudicu, dodajte šlag ili sladoled, možete i malo džema ili nekog preljeva na vrh, već kako želite. Obavezno poslužite vruće! 

Place the apples in a serving pot, add whipped cream or ice cream, and a little jam or an overflow at the top, if you like. Be sure to serve hot!


I idealan zimski desert je gotov!

All the Colors I love

Hello!

Kad sam odabirala slike za ovaj post, shvatila sam da sam uspjela obući skoro sve boje koje volim (nema jedino bijele). Dakle, ova nijansa crvene (hlače), siva, nekoliko nijansi smeđe, divne jesenske boje na košulji (bež, siva, crvena, petrolej plava, obična plava, oker žuta)... Slikano netom prije snijega...

When I was looking at the pictures for this post, I realized that I've managed to put on all the colors I love (only white is missing). So, this tipe of red (pants), grey, several tipes of brown, lovely autumnish colors on my shirt (beige, grey, red, few tipes of blue, mustard yellow)...Pictures taken just before the snow...

Bruschetta


Bok!
Danas vam donosimo još jedan odličan receptić, za koji je potrebno minimalno vrijeme pripreme, a većinu sastojaka već zasigurno imate kod kuće.
Postoji mnogo verzija bruschetta, a ovo je jedna od njih.
Bruschetti su odlična klopa za razno razna druženja!

Today we bring you our recipe for delicious bruschetta. They are the perfect meal for hang-outs because they are so easy and fast to prepare! 




Uz bruchette, čaša vina i zabava može početi!

Sastojci: rajčica, mozzarella, sir (Podravec, Baranjac, Gauda ili neki drugi), passata, maslinovo ulje, papar, sol, vegeta, začini (bosiljak, origano, mažuran ili neki drugi, a može i svi zajedno), češnjak

Ne postoje točne mjere, sve ovisi o tome koliku količinu želite i što više volite (možete staviti podjednako sira i rajčica ili manje rajčica, a više sira, isto tako začini ovise o vašem ukusu... a passata i maslinovo ulje služe kako bi smjesa bila kompaktna). 

Priprema: Kruh narežite na tanke šnite i malo tostirajte u pećnici (oko 5 min na 200 °C).  Nakon toga, izvadite ga iz pećnice i stavite na svaku šnitu malo smjese od usitnjenih navedenih sastojaka. Pecite oko 20 minuta.


Ingredients: tomato, mozzarella, cheese, passata, olive oil, salt and pepper, vegeta, basil       and oregano, garlic ; the measurements depend on your taste!

Preparation: Cut bread into slices, and toast them in the oven  (round 5 min at 200 °C).
                   After that, take the bread out of the oven, and putt some mixture on every slice. Bake for about 20 min.

Focaccia with Olives

Hello!

Ima li itko da ne voli pravi, domaći kruh/pecivo/pogaču/kiflice? Danas recept za izvrsnu pogaču (focacciu) s maslinama...Naravno, brzo i jednostavno!

Is there anyone who doesn't like homemade bread/focaccia/buns? Today we give you receipe for fantastic focaccia with olives...Of course, quickly and simple!


Sastojci/ingredients:

25 g svježe germe/fresh yeast
40 dag brašna/flour
cca 15 maslina/olives
5 žlica maslinovog ulja/ 5 spoons of olive oil
1.5 dl tople vode/ warm water
prstohvat sol/ pinch of salt

Razmrvljenu germu stavite u malo tople vode i pustite da odstoji 10ak minuta. U veću posudu stavite brašno, u sredinu dodajte sol, germu, 2 žlice maslinovog ulja i toplu vodu te mijesite 10ak minuta (svrdlastim nastavcima za mikser, ili rukama). Tijesto premjestite u posudu obloženu kuhinjskom krpom posutom brašnom, pustite da odstoji na toplom oko 2 sata kako bi se tijesto diglo. Tijesto zatim razvaljajte i stavite na nauljeni lim, stavite masline narezane na komadiće te prekrijte vlažnim ubrusom i pustite da odstoji još oko pola sata. Zagrijte pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva, tijesto utisnute vilicom ili prstima na nekoliko mjesta, premažite s ostatkom maslinovog ulja i pospite s malo krupne soli. Trebalo bi izgledati kao na slici:

Shattered yeast put in a pot with a little bit of warm water and let for 10 minutes to grow. Put flour in a big bowl, in center of it add salt, yeast, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and warm water and knead for 10 minutes (best with hands). Move the dough in a bowl lined with kitchen towel, sprinkled with flour, let it rest in a warm place for about 2 hours to make the dough grow. Then roll out the dough and place on an oiled backing pot, place the olives sliced ​​into pieces on dough and cover it with damp towel. Let it rest for about half an hour. Preheat oven to 200 degrees, imprinted dough with a fork or your fingers in a few places, then pour in the rest of the olive oil and sprinkle with a little coarse salt. It is supposed to look like this:


Pecite nekoliko minuta u pećnici na 220 stupnjeva, zatim smanjite na 180 stupnjeva. Ukupno vrijeme pečenja je oko 25 minuta, ovisno o jačini pećnice (focaccia mora dobiti zlatnu boju). Poslužite s pršutom, sirom i sl., obavezno toplu. 
OPREZ: nestat će u sekundi! ;)

Bake for a few minutes in the oven at 220 degrees, then reduce to 180 degrees. Total cooking time is about 25 minutes, depending on the severity of the oven (focaccia should get a gold color). Serve with ham, cheese, etc., always warm.

CAUTION: it will disappear in seconds! ;)

Stripes

Hello!

Evo, ovako sam ušla u NG...Znam, nije svečano, ali bili smo kod prijatelja, večerica i to sve skupa pa prilika i nije zahtijevala šljokice, gola leđa i ine takve stvari... :) Ali, taman sam dovoljno praznovjerna da sam obukla crveni veš! ;)

So, this is how I've entered the new 2013! It isn't dressy at all, but we had an informal dinner with our friends, so... And I'am just superstitious enough to wear red underwear...;)


Strašno mi se sviđa modna igra danas i mogućnost kombiniranja uzoraka, krojeva i boja, jer prije desetak godina nikada ne bih ukombinirala crno-bijele pruge uz oker suknju, košulju i čarape...

I like today's possibility of playing with patterns, shapes and colors of clothes, 10 years ago I would never wear black and white stripes with ocher skirt, shirt and socks...
